MOJITO

• 2oz white rum

• 1 lime, cut into slices

• Bar spoon of sugar, or 1/2-3/4oz simple

• 3-5 mint leaves

Muddle 3-4 slices of lime with sugar or simple, and expressed mint leaves. Add ice, 2oz rum, top with club soda and stir.
