Shake well, double strain into chilled glass

Build in glass

1.5 oz vodka, 1/2oz Cointreau (or any top shelf triple sec), 1/2oz lime, 1.5oz cranberry

Shake and double strain into chilled glass

2oz Mezcal or reposado tequila, 1/2oz Creme de Cassis, 1/2oz lime, ginger ale or ginger beer

Shake and strain over ice, top with ginger ale or ginger beer

French 75

2oz gin, 3⁄4 lemon, 3⁄4 simple syrup, champagne

Shake ingredients and strain into glass, top with champagne

2oz Whiskey or bourbon, 4-6oz ginger ale, bitters (optional add 1/2oz of lemon or lime)

Build in glass. Top with bitters

2oz Jameson Irish whiskey, 1/2oz St. Germaine, 3/4oz lemon, 3/4oz simple syrup, cucumbers

Shake ingredients with cucumbers, strain over ice

2oz Reposado tequila, 3/4oz triple sec or curacao, 3/4oz lime, 1/2oz simple syrup

Equal parts (3/4oz) Mezcal, Aperol, Yellow Chartreuse, lime

Shake well, double strain into chilled glass

Negroni

Equal parts (1oz) gin, Campari, Carpano Anitico

Stir ingredients in mixing glass and strain into chilled glass; served up or on the rocks

old fashioned

2oz bourbon or whiskey, 1/2oz simple syrup, 2-4 dashes Angostura bitters 

Stir in mixing glass, strain over ice or large cube

Glassware: Rocks

Garnish: Cherry

(add 1/2oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao for a 508 Old Fashioned)

Pimm’s Cup

1oz gin, 1oz Pimm’s, 1/2oz lemon, 1/2oz lime, 1/2oz simple syrup, cucumbers, ginger ale

Shake ingredients with cucumbers and strain over ice, top with ginger ale

Glassware: Highball or Collins

Garnish: Cucumber, mint, strawberries

Toronto

2oz Rye or bourbon, 1/4oz Fernet Branca, 1/2oz simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir ingredients well and serve up in chilled glass, or on the rocks
